NASA Camp: Academy of Future Space Exporers
Set your future space explorers on a trajectory from our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system! This hands-on program brings them closer to the stars, planets, comets, and more. They learn about living in space, getting away from gravity, looking for space phenomena, and they participate in a rocket launch!
Secret Agent Lab
The following camp description is TOP SECRET: Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis!
Diggin For Dinos Camp for Preschoolers
Come and dig for dinosaur bones and make your very own dinosaur teeth. In this camp your pre-schooler will have fun learning tons of amazing facts about dinosaurs through songs, stories and hands-on activities. Let our energetic Mad Scientists spark your child's imaginative learning. AGES 3.5-5 YEARS OLD, MUST BE ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM INDEPENDENTLY
Eureka! STEM Makers: Gadgets and Gizmos Camp
Inspire the inventor and scientist in this Ultimate STEM-Makers Camp! Campers will overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all --- their mind! With a little bit of ingenuity children will create catapults and forts, and even construct their own working Light Sabers to take home!!
Brixology Camp
Brixology Camp sets the foundation for our next generation of makers! Children learn about different types of engineering and then team up to construct a different engineering-themed project using LEGO® bricks. Your future engineer will build upon their creativity to solve real-world design challenges, while developing their problem-solving and team-building skills. Let the tinkering begin!
Mad Science Robot Invasion
*One Day Camp* Explore the basic and complex technologies used to design and build robots. Discover how machines and robots work and how they make our lives easier. Learn about simple circuits, motor principles, and even make your own robot hand to take home. Jr. Scientists will love experimenting with the many robots we bring along!
Be a Rocket Scientist!
*ONE DAY CAMP* Become an aerospace engineer as you build your own model rocket! We’ll learn about the amazing forces that affect flight and put those forces to the test as we watch our rockets blast off high into the air. Campers will also get their own shuttle copter to take home.
Underground Explorers:Dinosaurs and Ancient Worlds
Dig up dinosaurs and the ancient past! Kids learn all about archaeology and paleontology! They also study bone fragments, pottery shards, amber deposits, and fossils. Each class includes a take-home project, like a fossil reproduction or amber time capsule.
Science in Motion
Discover how things move with science! Each day we'll learn about a different realm of the scientific world. We'll become a zoologist and study the exciting world of birds, including examining owl pellets to see what an owl cannot digest. Join a team of camper engineers and build bridges, domes, cubes, and pyramids. We'll even put on a lab coat and become chemists for the day! SO MUCH FUN!
Bubbling Potions and Fizzy Formulas
Campers will find their love of Chemistry as they spend the day creating cool chemical reactions. They will love concocting a potion that creates a mini lava lamp, mixing up a batch of their own Slippery Slime and blending together ingredients to create their own super bouncy ball while exploring the world of chemistry. This camp is filled with so many FUN hands-on experiments!
Optic Wonders Camp
Join this camp as we trick our brains through our eyes! Become immersed in the world of lasers, light, and color! Discover how laser light differs from white light as we bend & shine beams of light all around the room and dissect white light with our special specs! Witness a small indoor fireworks display to show how different metals react to heat and learn about tricks our eyes play on us!
